Red Ribbon Big Thanks
|
Red Ribbon
The Pirouette Board of Directors wishes to extend a huge thank-you to all of our volunteers that helped make Red Ribbon a great success. This was our club’s first time hosting a competition and everything went smoothly thanks to you.
Pretty much every girl in the Jewels, Butterflies, Shooting Stars and Elite had one or both parents involved in helping out. In some cases there were several family members and friends that also gave of their time and talents to help us.
The food concession headed by Susan Fleming and her team was probably the best concession at any competition we have attended over the years. Thanks to Dineke for the sushi – no other competitions had sushi!
The judges were extremely well-fed by Ina Taptich and her team in the Judges’ room. Keeping the judges happy is always important.
Thanks to Colleen Klepsch and Donna Piscina for organizing the decorating of the gym (it looked great) and to Kevin Klepsch for being our “security guard”.
A big thank-you goes to our carpet movers, Jay Charbonneau & Junior Quijada, and their helpers, for making sure we had 2 carpets there on Sunday and back to their normal “homes” after the event.
The competition itself flowed smoothly thanks to Guilo Yin on music and our announcer, David Charbonneau.
There were many others involved and we thank you all for making this a success.
Thanks for the efforts of our amazing families and friends.

Pirouette RG Club
April 5, 2010
Dear gymnasts,
We have a unique and very special offer to purchase pendants that depict Rhythmic Gymnasts with various apparatus. These beautiful items of jewellery will be made by the same European company that made Eva's pendant of a rhythmic gymnast with her rope. Many of you have commented on this necklace when Eva wears it.
The pendants are made from 18 carat gold and are of rhythmic gymnasts with different apparatus. There are 6 pendants to choose from, 3 with hoop, 1 will rope, 1 with ribbon & 1 with ball. This is a one time offer to treat your gymnast with something very memorable.
We will collect orders in the gym next week (April 5-9) for April 20th delivery. Samples of the 6 pendants will be at the gym so that you can view the whole collection.
Your order form must have a post-dated cheque for $60.00 attached (made to Pirouette RG Club - dated April 15).
Please take a look at the choices this week and let Eva know if you wish to place an order.
Thank you.
