The Pirouette Rhythmic Gymnastics Club offers girls ages 4-18 Recreational and Competitive Rhythmic Gymnastic training. How to Register Recreational Program Training We will be offering one full season of training from September to June with a break during the December holiday period. As most gymnasts return for a second semester, this will allow for a more focused and comprehensive program. Each training class is 1 hour in length on Wednesday evenings. Training will start Wednesday September 21, 2011 and ends Wednesday, June 6, 2012 Fees for 2011-2012 Annual training: $400 Administration: $50 Training outfit: $55 Insurance and Gymnastics Ontario: $45 The annual training fee can be paid in two instalments: $200 due in September and $200 due in November. All other fees are due in September by the first class. A discount of 10% on the training fee will be applied if payment in full is received in September. Please make all cheques payable to Pirouette RG Club. Competitive and Pre-Competitive Program Training Training begins Monday September 12, 2011 and ends Friday June 15, 2012 Fees Payments Training fees vary by the numbers of hours of training.  Please contact Club Manager, Sherri Dalton for information about training fees. Training fees can be paid in full at the first session in September or in three equal payments. The payment schedule is as follows: September 30, 2011- 1/3 of total costs November 30, 2011 - 1/3 of total costs January 30, 2012 - 1/3 of total costs Please make post-dated cheques payable to Pirouette RG Club.  All GO, insurance, and administration fees are to be paid by the first training session in September.

Pirouette RG Refund Policy For Recreational gymnasts • No refund after the 3rd class • Full refund less administration fee, GO fee, and training outfit fee if cancellation is done prior to 4th class. • Requests for exceptions to the cancellation policy must be submitted in writing to the Board.
