2009-2010 Pirouette Competitive Program  Below please find information about the 2009-2010 training program. We are very excited about the upcoming season. We have worked hard to ensure that the program will allow for the best possible training environment for the girls and will enable them to advance their gymnastics skills and develop to their fullest potential. The registration fees are for the entire season, from September 2009 to June 2010. The training times are divided into 3 sessions:   AGG - Aesthetic Group Gymnastics training sessions (free and creative routines)  RG - Rhythmic Gymnastics training sessions (solos, duos, and trios - free, rope, hoop, ball, ribbon, clubs routines)  Ballet training Gymnasts in the competitive program must be part of the AGG team to participate in RG. Only unique exception to this rule will be allowed. Please be advised that all competitive groups will have one hour long Ballet class each week. Hopefully incorporated into their regular training days. Families may choose to pay for the full season on/by September 1, 2009 or they may choose to pay for the season with three equal payments. If families pay for the season in 3 installments, post-dated cheques must be provided. The payment schedule is as follows:   September 1, 2009 – 1/3 of total costs  November 15, 2009 – 1/3 of total costs  January 30, 2010 – 1/3 of total costs (Please make all cheques payable to Pirouette RG Club) Pirouette RG Club refund policy: Should your child need to withdraw from the program for any reason a $75.00 administration fee will apply. Cancellation before September 30, 2009 – A full refund will be given minus a $75 administration fee. Cancellation between September 30, 2009 and February 1, 2010 – A portion of the fees will be returned. The refund will be prorated based on the amount of time the gymnast was training with the club. The $75 administration fee will apply. Cancellation after February 1, 2010 – No refund will be given.
