Pirouette Rhythmic Gymnastics Club

pirouetteg.jpgFundraising is an essential aspect to the success of Pirouette Rhythmic Gymnastics Club. Below is a small explanation about the fundraising events that we have planned for the 2009-2010 gymnastics season.  Your support and participation in these events will  ensure the longevity of our club.

  1. Gymnathon
    • Recreational Gymnasts will participate in a special 2 hour session of gymnastics. Girls will get to use all the rhythmic gymnastics apparatus incorporated into fun activities and games. Gymnasts are asked to collect pledges from family, friends or neighbours to participate in this event.
    • Prizes will be given for top pledge collectors.
    • Baked goods available for purchase.
    • Date: Wednesday, February 17, 2010

  2. Silent Auction (4th Annual)
    • The Silent Auction is an opportunity for you to bid on many great items, such as merchandise, gift certificates or services. All items are very generously donated by the merchants in our community or our Pirouette families.
    • If you have any ideas about possible donations, your help is greatly appreciated. Please contact Eva or a Board Member.
    • Baked goods available for purchase.
    • Date: Wednesday, February 17, 2010
    • While your children are participating in the Gymnathon, you can be scouting the many great items.

  3. Garage Sale (5th Annual)
    • Do you have any unwanted items in your home? Are you a bargain hunter? The Pirouette Garage Sale is a chance for you to rid your home of any unwanted clutter or to find the hidden treasures that someone else has discarded.
    • Any items you wish to donate can be dropped off at the gym at any time. The Pirouette Board Members will store the items until the Garage Sale date.
    • BBQ items available for purchase
    • Date: May 2010 (date still to be determined)

  4. FUNdraiser at D’Arcy McGee’s Irish Pub (4th Annual)
