GYMNAESTRADA
Date: Friday, January 29, 2010
Place: Pierre Elliott
Trudeau School
Time: Show 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
We wanted to take this opportunity to remind everyone of the upcoming
Pirouette Gymnaestrada on Friday, January 29th. The gymnaestrada is a chance for all of the
girls to showcase their gymnastics skills and accomplishments to their family
and friends. All groups from both the recreational and competitive programs
will be performing the routines that they have been working on this season. We
will have many performances for your enjoyment!
It is sure to be a fun-filled evening. We are very excited to be able to
share this performance with you. The
girls have been working very hard and we are very proud of all of them.
All Gymnasts should arrive by 6:00 p.m. Gymnasts should arrive with their hair neatly done (pony tail or bun).
Recreational gymnasts should be wearing their club bodysuit. Competitive
gymnasts please bring all bodysuits and apparatus for your various routines.
To help with our fundraising efforts we will be holding a 50/50 draw
and will have roses available to purchase and present to the gymnasts after
their fabulous performances. The roses
will be available for $3.00 each or 2 for $5.00.
During the intermission, please visit the table with fabulous baked
goods. Bottled water will be available for sale - $1.00/bottle.
See you there,

Fundraising
|
Pirouette Rhythmic Gymnastics Club
Fundraising is an essential aspect to the success of Pirouette Rhythmic Gymnastics Club. Below is a small explanation about the fundraising events that we have planned for the 2009-2010 gymnastics season. Your support and participation in these events will
ensure the longevity of our club.
- Gymnathon
- Recreational Gymnasts will participate in a special 2 hour session of gymnastics.
Girls will get to use all the rhythmic gymnastics apparatus incorporated into fun
activities and games. Gymnasts are asked to collect pledges from family, friends or
neighbours to participate in this event.
- Prizes will be given for top pledge collectors.
- Baked goods available for purchase.
- Date: Wednesday, February 17, 2010
- Silent Auction (4th Annual)
- The Silent Auction is an opportunity for you to bid on many great items, such as
merchandise, gift certificates or services. All items are very generously donated by
the merchants in our community or our Pirouette families.
- If you have any ideas about possible donations, your help is greatly appreciated.
Please contact Eva or a Board Member.
- Baked goods available for purchase.
